Fuel tank builds pressure Reply #16 – August 25, 2018, 09:13:50 AM softtouch-about the shiny side down thing from post 11............the fill neck has an overflow provision that drains out the lower rear passenger qtr panel.the fill neck enters the "top half" of the fuel tank,flip the tank upside down or "whole car" upside down and you should have a small leak for a little while.the tank Vent on the pics you posted would prevent the fuel "eventually" from totally spilling out i guess.
