Case of "Buyer Beware"

Came across this at an Oldsmobile board I go to.

http://classicoldsmobile.com/forums/general-discussion/11520-internet-car-purchases-gone-wild.html

Make sure to click the link at the bottom of the page.

All I can say is wow. At first the car looked great, the very little bit of the underneath you get to see looks nice, but then I saw the rest. How the dealer had the balls to sell a car like this and give it such high praises is beyond me.

Cripes, even daminc would have a job on his hands with that. Yet another reason I'd never buy a car I couldn't inspect

Jerry, ya gotta click on the link at the bottom of the page to see the underside pics.

I seen this thread shortly after I watched the dateline NBC Debt collector fraud episode, and I can completely understand now why guns and ammo are selling like hot-cakes.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

Wow, you can tell how they tried to hide it in the underside pics. What a bunch of douchebags. They went to all the trouble to put it on a lift, and only took one pic of the back.

His only real hope is to take all of the good parts and put them in a rust free body.
