1985 Ford T-Bird fuel injectors not spraying

i own a 85 t-bird 5.0L CFI fuel system and car wont start. i replaced the fuel pump fuel relay cleaned injectors and still cranks but wont start unless i pour gas myself into the carb. would the inertia switch have something to do with this?

I have the same problem whith my Cougar 3.8.

I am testing the ECC.

If it's tripped, then yes, that would be a possible reason why it won't start. Do you know where it is?
