Good-fitting floor mats?

The floor mats in the TBird are of some generic application, and really don't fit for squat in the car.

You guys have a source for a decent set that fit well?

I don't really need anything on them (I'd only accept a TBird emblem if it was the 83-84 style anyway), just something that works better than what I have.

What do you guys like?

Chuck,
Have you checked out Stock interiors?  I think they offer Tbird “specific “ mats?

I've had a set from ACC for years. They are Thunderbird/Cougar specific and fit/look exactly like the originals. I think they run around $100-120 for a set of 4.

How thick are they?

Part of my (current) issue is the door bars take up some real estate in the foot well, but the mats in there are kinda thick, too.

Yup. Those are the ones. Price has gone up a bit in the 8 years since I bought them.

I have ACC mats in both cars. No issues, good fitment, holding up very well. They seem to be about the same thickness, maybe a bit thicker, than stock.

BTW, Fox Mustang floor mats work quite well in a Cougar/T-Bird. Just FYI.

They fill up basically the whole footwell but have a cutout under the accelerator pedal. I'll take a picture of them in my car and post it up later.

So I got mine years ago where ISTLCRUZ mentioned and they are really nice.  Even have logos and tons of colors and start at about $77.  Logos are pretty pricey but I opted for one just to make them less generic.
