Gt500 Shock/Strut fit

Does anyone know if gt500 shocks/struts will fit our cars?

I'm going to guess no as GT500s (and '05 and up Mustangs) are not Fox bodies.
88 Thunderbird LX: 306, Edelbrock Performer heads, Comp 266HR cam, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, bunch of other stuff.

The shocks you could probably get 'em to work by fabbing up a bracket, I'm sure they're different length than our shocks.

No. Not No, I don't know, but No, it won't work.

Our cars use modified McPherson struts of a certain shape, and the GT500 uses standard type McPherson struts.  So to make it work, you'd have to install a new larger strut tower, a different steering knuckle, different control arms, and probably inner and outer tie rods.  And all that is assuming you have an engineering level understanding of suspension geometry and welding/fabrication.  Do yourself a favor and browse over to maximum motorsports, get 87-93 mustang parts.

Although other than the strut tower and the spindle I don't see what else needs to be modified.
