They just stick right onto your existing console. Just take out your mirror switch, remove the pieces from the car, lightly sand if surface is rough, and clean with de-greaser and alcohol. Apply and re-install. They will outlast the factory ones as they are more resistant to heat, fading, and scrathes.Michael Quote Selected
