1988 TC single Holset turbo 5.0/ 4R70W

I struggled with GM style iac. Just unpluged it  same thing runs mint. Still struggling to get th 4cyl tach to work ill bother you in a little while for your mod to get the tach to work with the relay. I lost 3rd gear on the tremec. Getting some mods done now.

shiznit yeah. I promised you one about multiple times and never delivered. AArgh.

OK, I will I will I will get the parts and make one for you. In fact I'll make a 'how'to' video for Youtube and do yours for it. My local electronics shop shut down, so I gotta order parts.

I'll get it done.

This time.


Give me a week, then bug me mercilessly. Shame will probably work.

Ok. That works for me to. Like I say ay home when somebody says haven't you done that yet I said I told you I'd do it you don't have to remind me every 6 months.

I'm gonna drop that one on my wife sometime. LOL

Parts are ordered. Should be here in 4-6 days. Then I'll make a video showing how to build it and how it hooks up to Megasquirt along with the changes to make inside Tunerstudio to activate the output and how to change it to suit a 4 cylinder tach.

Parts are trickling in. I ordered little project boxes to enclose everything once they are built up, too.

On a side note, I took the high-z 46 lb injectors from the turbo V8 and put 4 of 'em in the TR7. That made a HUGE difference in how that car runs. Especially at and just off idle.  I had too large of injectors in the TR before, and they were causing several issues.

I put the rebuilt 2.3 injectors back in the Thunderbird and it is happy with them.
