C5 Trans Needed

I'm looking for a C5 for my '86 3.8 GS.  I'd found one on CL for an unreal price, but didn't act quick enough, so it appears to be gone.  I'm in Madisonville, KY  42431.  Still don't have the cash on hand at this very minute, but might have before much longer.  I would drive a little ways for a good deal.  If you don't have a C5, I might also consider a C4 or an AOD, if they're compatible enough and not too cost prohibitive.  Thanks for your consideration.

P.S. I have a small collection of parts that I would consider trading, just hit me up with what you might be looking for and I might just have it.  Just a thought.

Found a C5 in a local yard from an '84 3.8 Cougar.  Includes TC.  He's asking $200, with a 30 day warranty.  Is that a fair price?

Id pull the pan on any used auto trans Im buying but if its got clean fluid in it and the valve body isnt a burnt amber color or black its probably worth taking a chance on.
