Well guys i oppted to take supercharger off for now until i can get this thing running, i got the al9 ,maf n injectors calibrated the same,30s or 40s ,bbk throttlebody ,adjustable fuel reg. n went to my buddies junk yard for the maf pig tail. I tried to follow this pdf picture i saw but no luck.:wtf:it took me a bit to figure out that i needed to reconnect neutral safety switch on transmission (lol)for the five speed swap, but i think ive done some thing wrong because i have no mid pipes at the moment n when i try to start it will spit fuel out of shorty n i get a small fire lol. My timing is zeroed out , i left tbirds firing order 1-5-ect... Idk if i followed the right pdf for maf for our cars, so please if anyone can understand my jibberish n point me in the right direction that would be awesome thanks

Ok, so did you change the cam to an HO cam, or aftermarket Mustang?

If so, you need to route your plug wires in the same order as the HO engine...also, when you timed it, did you pull the SPOUT connector out? (little black doo-dad on the distributor harness-should have a gray piece sticking out of a slightly larger black piece. pull that gray piece out, set timing, reinstall gray piece. done)

If all that's in order, what size injectors and what mass air meter do you have. These things are pretty easy to work on, but sometimes, it happens that the wrong parts are put in somewhere and it throws a few things out of wack. My guess is the plug wires are still on an SO firing order, but you've now got the HO (or other cam's) firing order without the plug wires being re-routed.

HTH.

LOL, whoever told you that the eec controls the firing order is a 'tard. DOn't go back to them! The cam determines the firing order. ;)

... the cam injectors and computer are all designed to work together. the eec had direct pin outs of the fuel injectors. it fires them based on which computer you.have.

the only wires that need swapped around are the spark plugs.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

Well thanks to all u guys , i got it started :rollin: definite rep up , but im gettin some misses , so im gonna swap tfi n dizzy tomorrow to see if that helps , if not ill be rippin off heads to make sure valves are seating, its getting there though. One more question, on the ecu harness i believe we have to swap pin 11 to 32 n pin 51 to 38 , now what left me lost is that u can switch 51 to 38 ,but there isnt a pin in 11 but a pin already in 32:wtf:so i didnt do pin swap having fear that i might fry somthing, do i really need to?

Unless you did some crazy mods, you should not have to change any pinouts on the wiring. You WOULD have to add in some for the mass air conversion, but unless you were using an unaltered and undamaged V8 engine harness native to your year car, you shouldn't have to change anything.
