Usually O2 sensor being bad wouldn't cause the stumble you are describing.

I took my seat tracks with me to check fitment and was 1 inch too narrow. So ended up going with option #2; seats from 96' mustang GT. Plus the color match my interior. They will work for now....

Nope. 99' power mustang front seats will not fit in 85' cougar. Nothing lines up.

Thank you for the info! Hopefully the 99' seats will fit the 85' seat tracks cause the 99' seats are in great condition and only $100

Couldn't fit it all in, but I stop caring... lol. 295/60/15. 15x8, 4.25 backspace wheels. 1" higher than stock with che control arm. No rubbing, no driveway rubbing, no hammering.

Replace your wires, cap and rotor. Check your coil and take your ign. module to autozone to get tested.
