I was able to find one at the Art Hill Ford Dealership here in Merrillville, IN. I was shocked that they had one for my 88 cougar, so you might call them. 219-738-5300.

These are also an alternative, I have one in my Tbird with a super bright led strip and I love it
I don't remember if I bought it off this site exactly but the same part nonetheless
