It's got rust. At least on the lower driver quarter.
88 Thunderbird LX: 306, Edelbrock Performer heads, Comp 266HR cam, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, bunch of other stuff.

I saw.  All things considered though....

I'm seeing base V6 low mile cars (under 100k) approaching the $5,000 mark

If I didn't want to do my roof this spring, I'd have bought it already. 

I just sank some money into parts for the Mustang (Gigantic aluminum radiator, 2013 Gt500 fan, bigger transmission cooler).  My rational side wins out this time.
