My ERG valve is broken and a new one is a little too exspensive right now . I've noticed an EGR block off plate is $10.00 from UPR . IF I remove the ERG how will it effect performance/milege?

Removing a functioning egr system can actually reduce your fuel milage.

Whats the motor setup?

My Egr is broken . It's a stock 5.0 (low po) with an intake pipe, shorty headers and a 2.5" exhaust with cats deleted x pipe and Quick Flow lers  . Gas mileage is awful it cuts off sometimes at lights and it idles like it has an X cam in it  . I bought a code reader from Summit and 32 keeps coming up (EGR)  .
