Are they white on black, or white on clear background?

they will be white outline. here is one from the first run that I installed on my TC about 3 years ago.

I know of a vinyl shop, and hell I would be down for a forum decal or two or three or four or five.....can I put one on a Holden Commodore? Would someone be offended?
