5.0 in a turbocoupe - what motor mounts?? May 12, 2005, 12:49:44 PM Hi, I'm here out of desperation, that and some of you look like you know what reality is. I have a 1987 turbocoupe body, putting in a 302 and cannot find motor mounts for the swap ANYWHERE !!! It had a 2.3 (obviously) so I'm wanting to use the same "towers" for the mounts. Can anybody give me directions on where to get mounts for this...PLEASE !!! Quote Selected

Reply #1 – May 12, 2005, 01:06:03 PM The top bracket you have to get from another 87-88 t-bird or cougar 5.0 they are unique to the cars Junkyard is probably your best option, as Ford discontinued the part. The rubber section can be had at any part storeYour only other choice is to swap the K member for a mustang one, and use mustang mounts Quote Selected
