Launch restart.exe November 21, 2009, 10:53:50 PM Hello !The wife is going crazy with this error on her HP Pavillion Windows Vista system= UNABLE TO LAUNCH RESTART.EXE Anyone have ideas? That started after we installed Computer Associates (CA) anti-virus and firewall program on the computer. I have the same stuff on my HP and no problem. She is also getting a message --windows internet explorer has stopped working--and she gets booted out of the internet more than while working.John R Quote Selected
