as i asked , what kind of axel does a 87 ford thunderbird LX have? 7.5 or 8.8 ?

Engine Tech / fuel injector/pump requirements
im planning on running a trickflow, (estimated) 408hp @ 6500 /388 tq @ 4500, engine with forged pistons, blah you know the drill........ my question is could i run a 19# injector? or is 24# highly required? could i run a 190 lph fuel pump or am i better off with a 225?

planning on running a 75mm tb& egr, trickflow 2.02/1.60 heads, trickflow 542/563 stage 2 cam, and a MSD 6AL ignition box

those who answer are liftin a great deal of stress off my shoulder :wtf:

Miscellaneous For Sale/Wanted / Re: 1979 Mustang + 1977 Ford f-150
this is the closest one i could find..... but its red with black bumpers... no scartches, a wooden bed painted white but its a killer truck i do believe if i were to call him tomarow he would prolly rush and get the engine in thios weekend... maybe even waste a complete roll of film on it...

eh no pics.... but i will find a pic that does look like it.... in condiction but i do think it will run the onlything i think youll have to watchout for is the exhaust its a little weak in some spots but no biggy....ill go find a close related picture....

you tell him , those cars are butt freak'n slow! just think, if you took out all the efi stuff you wouldnt have to deal with the computer when swapping from SO to HO or $200- $400 injectors , in the long run a carb is better all the way except the times when you get flooded  :2gunsfiri
