Selling 2 complete1985 birds, both are anniversary cars, neither are running, have titles, rough shape but not wrecked, good parts cars or restore them. Both for $500, come get them, they are located close to Gainesville, FL.
ETA: I had forgotten but there is a complete 88 TC rear axle with the factory posi 3.73 and disc brakes on it that can go with the cars. It has the e brake cables and the control arms/quad shocks still all attached. Also have the complete front brakes and control arm assemblies. They have new hawk pads, new powerslot front rotors, new wheel bearings and new Moog ball joints already installed. It all goes with the cars. That's probably $700-800 worth of rear axle and brake hardware stuff for whoever gets it
Found an 84 Cougar in the local yard that appears to have ended up there due to mechanical failure or maybe lost title, whatever, wasn't in a wreck.
First foxbody anything I've seen in a yard in a long time.

Nothing special about it, not an XR7, not a vent window car, just a 3.8l average option and trim vehicle. It does have good front fenders, good, header panel/grille/headlight trim. Tail lights good, trunk panel had a bit of rust. Interior is there, bit rough, but mostly original.
Let me know soon if u need something, the vehicles only have a 2 or 3 wk lifespan before being cycled out.

Helping a neighbor find an 87 or 88 Sport 5.0 with clean title to buy, preferably one without much rust. He has truck and car hauler, so anywhere on the eastern side of the country is fine. Has budgeted $4K for it but will stretch that if vehicle is worth it. Color doesnt matter but would prefer grey interior. Post up a pic of anything you have and location please, thank you.

Has anyone here done this swap and if so, what were the challenges involved in getting the Mustang dash line up with the Tbird evap case or swapping to Mustang evap case? Dash mounting points different on 83-4 Tbirds compared to 85-8 dash? I think the 85-8 dash mounting points would be closer to the 87-93 Mustang dash. Dash harness to chassis harness interface? And finally, e-brake handle/cable relocation to console?
This sounds like at least 3 cases of beer and a week and half straight of swearing (and sweating).

Great driving engine and trans that was pulled out of my 93 Mustang thats up for sale. Car has 108K miles on it. Engine always ran cool, carried great oil pressure, never any noises or leaks and always fired on first touch of the key, had oil changes using Ford filter every 3K for as long as I've owned it, clean engine. The 5 speed shifted like butter, drove perfectly and has no issues whatsoever with it, never been messed with or rebuilt, no leaks on it either.
The engine has all front accessories, hoses, serp belts, wiring harness, starter motor, and exhaust manifold on it. Everything was carefully disconnected the right way and nothing was cut or damaged. Completely stock. First $280 picked up at my home near Gainesville, FL gets it.
There is a local guy interested in buying the mass air harness and ECU so if he comes thru that will be sold, if he doesnt it'll be available too for $80. This I would be fine with boxing up and shipping out to a buyer.
The T5 transmission is $250. I have the bellhousing, clutch cable, clutch fork, throw out bearing and clutch assembly, and the flywheel along all related fasteners and hardware for sale for $100. Again, local pickup only near Gainesville, FL.

Have complete red velour front and rear seats out of 84 Elan along with rear 1/4 trim with reading lights and full console, possibly some other pieces as I find them. The rear seats have the Thrunderbird emblem sewed into the seat backs. All in very good shape. Cant ship this stuff, sorry.. so pick up only in Jacksonville, Fl.
