Need tire advice on 15x8 draglite for rear. 275/60?

Currently I have a 255/60/15.  I'm looking to buy some Nitto DR for the cougar and I'm considering a 275/60/15.  Anyone have any pics of a 275/60/15 on bird or cat?  I got a mustang rear and adjustable CHE control arms and mach springs.

I have 275 60's on my 86 cougar. Stock everything rocking 10 holes. I had to zip tie the parking cables so they didn't rub. On full compression they rub a bit, with alot of weight in the trunk. On my 87 bird they were fine on all bit a fully loaded trunk and hitting steep rail road crossings.

If your gonna daily it, id go with a 275/50, which also would keep your speedo accurate. With the adjustable arms and a mustang axle, you should be fine.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.
