question for Ifixyawata concerning 1988 grand marquis

I noticed in Cardomain you have a Grand Marquis. I have an 89 Crown Victoria and was wondering if you could tell me where a vacuum line goes.

There is a decent size vacuum hose that I believe is for cruise control, I could be wrong, but it is branched off of the brake booster and I think goes over to the passenger side behind the upper intake.
I cannot figure out where this plugs into. I know it is drawing vacuum,so I plugged it., but I cannot hear a vacuum leak.

I changed the motor last year, haven't really driven it yet to see if the cruise even works to narrow that out, but that is the only that I could not figure out after putting it back together. It runs great!
