Has anyone dealt with them lately? I ordered a replacement temperature probe last month and haven't received or heard anything so 2 weeks ago I sent him an email. Haven't heard a thing back and still no probe. This is unlike him, because when I emailed about my controller a few months back, I had a response within a couple days.

Just curious if anyone knows whats up.
