Hi. Been having a long time fuel slosh problem under acceleration. When I aggressively take off at less than a half a tank the car falls on his face and goes lean. Ive just accepted the fact that I have to drive the car with more than a half a tank. But now I have less than 20 pounds of fuel pressure and have to drop the tank I was wondering what anybody else had done to solve that problem.
I'm looking at Aeromotive Phantom in the tank baffled pump model 18688. Has anyone tried it yet or come up with a better idea. Thanks steve
I used chucks motor mounts. I used an edelbrock preform intake and Holley 750 with a small spacer and closed the hood with a 83 mustang 13" drop air cleaner. I used the Mallory return style regulator and used areomotive compression by dash 6 air's ti the steel fuel line.
There's some good write ups on here of you look around. If i was to source a used tear ems fir mine I'd look at sn95 mustang. The length is the same. And get 5 lugs
Ok. That works for me to. Like I say ay home when somebody says haven't you done that yet I said I told you I'd do it you don't have to remind me every 6 months.
I just took off the spindles, brakes and struts from the front the struts dont have 10k on them. have brand-new in-the-box Thunderbirds Monroe shocks for rear. $100 plus the ride from Worcester mass. Message me for pics still cant figure out pics on this forum from my phone
I struggled with GM style iac. Just unpluged it same thing runs mint. Still struggling to get th 4cyl tach to work ill bother you in a little while for your mod to get the tach to work with the relay. I lost 3rd gear on the tremec. Getting some mods done now.
I'll be going as well. First time driving. Last time as a passenger. This time I'm not sure if I'm gonna trailer the bird or just put the truck in the show. But definitely going.
