    Well good news and bad news... Looks like all three switches were bad! Good news is my mirrors move when I jumper the connector! Oh yeah and I got my car back

    I have the same problem but havent had time to mess with it anyone have a known good switch?

    my passanger side wont move at all but it makes noise, im going to try to break it free when i get home. i aready broke the black trim off of it when i thought i could take the motor out and mess with it. not a good idea

    Damn,, I never did mention that once back in Buckeye Country I got this fixed... New mirror switch...

    If you own a fox in Florida then your mirrors dont work... cause three f'n switches from the junkyard were bad!!!

    i live in Florida and my mirrors work oh and that must be why they where there because they are junk

    i know this is a bit old but does the 80's and 90's mirror switches the same? if so does anyone have a working one? my mirrors on my 90 xr7 go up and thats it. i think the awitch is stuck. im gonna try cleaning it first. but just in case it is bad id like to have one to replace it.

    Hey guys:

    Don't throw away your old non-working switches. Take them apart and repair them!

    Ray and I repaired one of these switches with some window defroster repair liquid. You could see traces on the "board" that were faded/burned..
    "1FSTCAT" - 87 Mercury Cougar XR7, 5 Speed, Powerdyne Supercharger.

    "NTRCPTR" - 91 Crown Vic Police Interceptor - 460 POWERED. 14.15 @ 97 MPH, untuned.
