Anyone have any tricks to removing and installing the front seal on an AOD? It is in my Cougar and the engine is getting ready to go back in but I need to replace this first.

It goes in the same as the rear seal.Carefully pry it out,and make sure the surface is clean,then gently tap in a new one.
